Carolyn Kiefer, PT

Carolyn Kiefer earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy from
Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She joined the
Knead to Be Fit staff in November of 2005, and has been
a practicing Physical Therapist since 1992. Carolyn treats
a variety of patients with injuries including spinal,
neurological, geriatric, sports, and pediatrics. Carolyn
also has a strong background in Women's health and
specializes in the treatment of incontinence and pelvic
pain symptoms. Her desire to help others comes from a
memory of the great care her mother received following a
series of knee surgeries. Carolyn states, "I knew my life would be fulfilled if I could provide a few people with the same excellent care my mother received - it makes all the difference in a patient's healing process

Dwight Salkey, MS, PT

Dwight Salkey joined the staff at Knead to be Fit in
March 2007. Dwight graduated in 1987 from Loma
Linda University with a Bacherlors of Science in
Physical Therapy. He later completed a Masters of
Science in Health Administration from California State
University San Bernardino in 1995. Dwight received
board certification as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist in
1998 from the American Physical Therapy Association.

Over the years, Dwight has treated a variety of musculoskeletal disorders in a variety of therapy settings. He has developed special interest in the prevention and management of work related injuries and combines his clinical and consultation skills for this patient population.

Dwight is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), by WorkWell Systems, Inc. Dwight also specializes in Office Ergonomics and Back Safety Awareness and currently spends time working with employers and workers to promote job safety and reduce the incidence of work related injuries.

Dwight also provides educational presentations to Businesses and Professional groups in the Central Florida area. Dwight enjoys, hiking, camping, spending time with his family and traveling.



Joanna Quitos, PTA, LMT,
Owner of Knead To Be Fit, Inc.

Joanna graduated from Seminole Community College
May of 2000. She went back to school in 2002 and
received her massage therapist license from Central
Florida School of Massage Therapy. In 2004 Joanna
opened “Knead To Be Fit,” an outpatient Physical Therapy
and Massage Therapy Practice and added a personal
Pilates and Yoga studio as well. She has a strong
background in outpatient and sports rehab with a growing
interest in women's health treatments. She enjoys scrapbooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Catherine Hughes, LMT







Cathy graduated from Reese Institue of Massage Therapy in March of 1994. She has worked at the Swan Dolpin Hotels at Disney from 1996-2004. She also works at the wellness center of the Darden's corporation. Cathy joined the team at KTBF in Jan of 2005. She enjoys helping with patients and of course giving massages! She is available Mon, Wed and Thurs for sweedish, deep tissue, hot stone and pregnancy massages. Theraputic or relaxation! You choose... either way, you wont be disapointed. :)
